Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
SIZE AND SHIPPING.

We do not accept size exchange. Customer must contact us within 5 days of the package delivery date.
We will not refund or exchange orders, without exceptions. But if we determine that your claim is relevant, thent he items must be unworn with tags attached in it’s original condition. Upon return the item(s) will be checked to ensure that the item(s) is in it’s original condition. If we determine otherwise, the item will be returned back to the customer. Due to exclusive manufacturing we do not accept returns in order to exchange a different item(s).
Please note that deliveries may take longer depending on the country’s health situation.
(All orders are delivered by La Post Suisse with a tracking code.)
Customer is fully responsible for all return labels, shipping and customs fees.
Each item is carefully checked for defects prior to shipment.
PRE'ORDER.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and 1-2 additional weeks max. after order is placed for delivery. We are a small independent brand, we do not have the number of orders necessary to allow printing on the day of the order.
Be patient, you will always receive what you ordered.

International orders please allow extra 14-30 days for your order to arrive.
Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Please be informed, all applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
IF PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGE, OPUSKULBRAND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESSES.
